We are excited to introduce a brand-new feature that empowers you to create discount vouchers and promo codes on ticketed or Open Party Events for your customers. This feature is designed to provide you with the option to offer flat rate and percentage discounts on the trips of your choosing through vouchers.
Here’s how the Discount Vouchers and Promo Codes feature works:
Admin Control: As a Landing Admin, you now have the ability to create and manage discount vouchers and promo codes directly from your admin dashboard. This control allows you to tailor discounts and promotions specifically for Open Party Events that you offer.
Customizable Discounts: With this feature, you can create various types of discounts to suit your business needs. Whether it’s a fixed discount amount, a percentage off, or a specific promotional offer, you have the flexibility to determine the discount parameters.
Targeted Promotion: By attaching these discount vouchers and promo codes to selected Open Party Events, you can strategically promote specific trips, target particular customer segments, or incentivize bookings during less busy periods. This targeted approach ensures a more focused and effective promotional strategy.
Easy Application: Customers can redeem their discount vouchers or promo codes during the booking process. Simply enter the provided code in the designated field, and the discount will be applied automatically, reflecting the revised price before finalizing the booking. This streamlined process ensures a hassle-free experience for both customers and Landing Admins.

Steps to create voucher and promo codes:
Go to the left navigation menu and click Vouchers
Go to the left navigation menu and click Vouchers
Enter Promo name: This is the name you would like to give to this promotion, it is for your own reference only.
Enter Promo Code: This is the code that ypur customer’s will use to get the discount. It may contain alphates and numbers. Avoid using special symbols and spaces.
Enter Start Date/ End Date: Enter the time span for which younwant to run the promotional offer by entering a srtart date and end date of the promotion. Voucher/ promo code will only be valid with in this time span.
Enter a Discount type: Select discount type from the dropdown list, it can be flat rate or percentage and enter a value. If you choose discount type as flat rate and value is 20, this means a flat discount of $20, similarly if discount type is percentage, it will be 20%.
Enter number of spots: Enter the number of spots/ seats you want to offer under the promotion. The system will accept the code and apply the discounts only for the number seats/ spots being offred. Once all the spots are booked, system will not accept the code even if the end it is yet not over.
Select Boat and Trip Types: Select the boat from the dropdown list for which you want to offer the promo code, once boat is selected, system will show all the available trip types on that boat. You can select any or all the trip types as you want. Click Add promo: Click Add Promo button and system will create the promotional offer.

Note: The voucher codes / promo codes can only be created for ticketed events/ Open Party events only.
You can see the Voucher/ promo codes created under Vouchers / Promos Status shown below the Voucher Creation Form:
Click on the voucher code shown in blue in the above screen to see the list of bookings where the voucher code is being used:
How to use the Voucher / Promo Codes
From public side:
At the checkout page click the button Have a Voucher?
It will slide open a text box, input the code and click Use Voucher button.
If the code is valid the discount will be applied, and net price will be recalculated.
If the voucher code is incorrect, the follwing message will be shown to the customer
The Vouchers can also be applied from the Admin Side.
