Vouchers and Promo Codes

We are excited to introduce a brand-new feature that empowers our GoFisah.Rocks customers to create discount vouchers and promo codes for their customers. Offering ticketed or Open Party Events on GoFish.Rocks. This feature is designed to provide you with the option to offer discounts, both flat rate and percentage discounts on the trips of your choosing through vouchers. Read More

New Confirmation Pages

We’ve added a confirmation page link in the text message sent out to the customers, and now they can view the booking details without going to their email inbox. The confirmation link has all the information related to the Booking and when user view the confirmation details by visiting the link, Admins has the visibility to see which customer has viewed the confirmation.

Confirmation Page views​

When the customer clicks on the confirmation page link provided on the text message and email, the system captures the date time and the admin can view this from the View Manifest. This gives more visibility to admins that customers have received and viewed the booking details.

Booking Confirmation Email Templates:

Move Charter Bookings:

We've simplified the process to move a charter booking to a different date or a different event. Now you can move the charter booking to a new date, or a new event on the same boat or another boat, all kinds of scenarios are now added to the system. Fresh new look of the public calendar:

We have recently refined our booking interface to look it more modern. The image size is now bigger so that you can demonstrate the experience with a great image. The list view now has a monthwise tabs to jump on any month with one click. And the new search widget is now slide open. Read More

Notifications on payment declines:

When a customer is making a booking and the payment is declined for any reason, our system now by default will send out payment declined notification by email to the customer and the admin. Many of your customers may want to go on trips together. We've added a share feature where your customers can share that individual trip with their friends and family. You can share trips on Facebook, Email, WhatsApp, and many more Read More

Change in billing:

As notified earlier Due to various factors, including rising operating costs and inflation, we have made a change in the minimum packs count to 10, meaning that any trips running less than 10 person will have to pay the convenience of minimum 10 person that is $9.90 This change will not impact you if you are running trips with 10 or more persons on board. The minimum number of seats required for a charter event was previously six and now that is increased to 10, therefore the convenience fee for charter bookings for any event having seats less than 10 will be charged at a flast rate of $9.90.
