Fish Count Embed

GoFish’s FishCount system can be embedded/integrated into your website so that your customers will be able to see the daily Fish count trend, daily reports of your trips and the figures of total catches that you make in trips.

1 - What are Fishcount Reports?

FishCount Reports are daily reports of the trips that you operate. These are reflected on your website and both you and your customers can see these. The customers can see your fish counts, Daily report and Dock totals.

Let us understand this by going a little further. As shown in the screenshot below, if you are got a FishCount embedded in your website and are updating your FishCounts everyday, your customers will also see the following data:


Date wise Fish Count:

Here you can see the fish catch trends datewise.

This ‘Fish Counts’ tab shows you the following details.

  • Boat name

Your customers can check catches in respect to the boats.

Trips:

It shows the number of times a trip has been conducted in between those selected dates.

Anglers:

Anglers refer to the passengers on a boat.

Catches:

It shows the name and the count of the fish being caught.

1. Daily Report

Daily reports are the everyday reports of the catches that your trips make. These charts are visible to your customers on your website. The following details are shown in ‘Daily Report’.

  • Date
  • Boat – See the daily report boat wise as seen in the below screenshot.

From the below screenshot, we can see that on March 29, two boats conducted the trips. You can see this by clicking on the drop down in the boat column.

  • Anglers – Anglers are the passengers who boarded the trip. It is the total count of anglers on that date of trip. 
  • Catch – It shows the total number of fish catches on daily basis.

You can further get detailed information by clicking on the drop down icon in the Boat section.

2. Dock Totals

The third section tab is the ‘Dock Totals’. This tab will lets your customers know about the total catches, total boats and total anglers. In a nutshell, it tells the consolidated figures of all the trips.
The following are the data which you can see from here.

Boat – The total number of boats that ran between the dates.

Anglers – The total number of anglers who travelled on those dates.

Total Catch – This section shows the names of the fishes caught along with their numbers.

How to Embed FishCount?

Step 1 - Login to your FishCount admin system and click on Fish Count Embed

Step 2 - Understanding Landing and Boats

You can embed Gofish FishCount for landing. If you want to get an embed for your individual boat, the process remains the same.

If you’re a landing, select Manage by Landing, if you’re a Boat, select ‘Manage as Boat’.
