Creating email templates is better than writing every individual email for several obvious reasons.

To see the communication templates; follow the below instructions –

Step 1 - Login to Resos admin and go to Communications.

Use url https://resosadmin.gofish.rocks/ to login.

As you click on Communications, you will see all the templates as mentioned below. You can edit these templates by clicking on the Edit button.

You will see a screen like this where you can edit the template write up as per your choice. You get to edit the write up separately for email and SMS. Along with the write up, you can also change Template Key and Email subject.

Manage Confirmation Template

Here you’ll different templates for ‘Confirmation’ such as

Manage Cancelation template

The below mentioned templates are for cancelation of events/trips etc.

Manage Receipt template

The following template is for receipt of printed booking confirmation.

ROLE Agreements

ROLE refers to the Release of Liability Electronically. It is an electronic document or liability waiver that gives you authoritative rights to protect your business, staff from the risks of Covid. It mandates digital signatures of the passengers who make booking with you before boarding. It is a complete digital process where the customers are required to digitally sign on the document that containsTerms and Condition of travel in the times of Covid. It is sent to them via link on their email id and SMS. You will get the default templates that align with the CDC’s covid guidelines.

There are two types of ROLE templates –

Manage ROLE Request Template

Under the ROLE Request Templates, you inform your customers that a liability waiver is required and they will receive a waiver document which they can sign digitally. The second template, you notify your customers that you have successfully received their waiver.

Cancel Types
