Review system is designed to provide a tool to the boat captains and landing admins to collect reviews from the customers. This system helps admins to collect reviews from the selected customers only. Admins can choose customers from the manifest from the events up to the last 30 days, and send review request emails to the selected customers only.
Step 1: Review System main page: Select Review System (Beta) from the left navigation. This will open the page as shown below:
Step 2: Select the event for which you want to collect the reviews from the Select Event drop down list. This list shows the events from the last 30 days.
Step 3: Select event and press Submit, it will populate the manifest of that trip. The manifest list will show the Customer’s name, phone no., email address and status. All other columns are self explanatory, the status column will show the current status of the review request email. The default status of is Not Sent, and when email is sent the column will show the timestamp when the email is sent. And when email is viewed, the system will display an information icon next to the date time and if you mouseover it will show the date time when email is seen and the ip address from where the email is seen.
Select the passengers from manifest and click Send Review Request. System will send out the email and will show the timestamp in status column
